Our Sparkling is light and delicate , salmon pink in colour with floral notes and hints of strawberry and cherry on the nose. Its lively palate evokes flavours of fresh strawberry with a delicate bead, leading to a crisp, clean finish.

“My vision for the artwork for Sparkling was a gathering of sparkling birds dressed in all their finery. Their jewelled outfits were borne from collages of vintage estate jewellery and some of my favourite tiaras and ceremonial jewels from royal collections. I saw this as a moment for decadence and to celebrate with eccentricity with joy.”
