Bird in Hand is delighted to announce its long-term lease acquisition of a 10.1-hectare vineyard located in the Tamar Valley region of Tasmania.
The property offers an expanse of land under vine, featuring a diverse array of grape varieties including Shiraz, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
This Tamar Valley Estate (Waterton Hall) is home to several spaces including a rustic 1850’s Stone Barn, a waterfront Boat House and a historic Manor, each surrounded by magnificent heritage gardens, vineyards and picturesque Tamar River views. At the moment, these spaces are only available for event bookings. There is also a luxury eco-accomodation space on-site, The Nest, which is available for bookings at any time via the link below.
Events at Waterton Hall are elevated by the Bird in Hand world-class hospitality offering, including cool-climate Tasmanian and Adelaide Hills wines. The Estate is available exclusively for bespoke events and weddings.
