The event begins with our famous Sparkling and canapes on the terrace served up by popular local Chef Kane Pollard.
Next you will be welcomed into our newly refurbish restaurant space, where Chief Winemaker Sarah Burvill will introduce you to our Traditional Method ‘O’ Sparkling, and walk us through the art of Sparkling Wine appreciation. Musician Ollie English will add to the relaxed atmosphere.
Meanwhile Kane and the team will continue to serve up an amazing three course meal of local, sustainable ingredients, including many directly from the Bird in Hand Kitchen Garden.
With your meal you will be served a premium selection of Bird In Hand’s wines.
Tickets include canapés, shared entrée, shared main and cheese by Kane Pollard, Sparkling Wine Masterclass with Chief Winemaker Sarah Burvill, Wine Matching and live entertainment by Ollie English.

Dj Felicity will be filling the estate with her chill Euro sounds, while you sip on Sparkling and snack on our menu of delicious Springtime eats all day long.
The Cellardoor will be open as usual.
