Bird in Hand was awarded and proudly accepted Australian winemaking’s first ever ‘Triple Crown’ – 2015 Australian Winery of the year, Australian Winemaker of the year and Wine of the year for the 2012 Nest Egg Chardonnay. Founder Andrew Nugent hosted an intimate black tie dinner, held at ‘The Gallery’. Friends, family, staff and special guests came together to celebrate this great achievement.
