"Chardonnay from the Adelaide Hills is gaining a world class reputation" - Andrew Nugent.
Two in the Bush
Chardonnay 2007
ADELAIDE HILLS
The 2007 vintage was dry and low yielding for Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.
A small portion of this Chardonnay has been fermented in French barriques for complexity and texture. The balance has been fermented in stainless steel, allowing the purity of bright and fresh cooler climate fruit to shine through.
The aroma is a lovely mix of citrus and stone fruit. The palate hints at peach and melon with a fresh, crisp finish.
A drink fresh style wine that will provide great contrast to any creamy style dish. Try it with an antipasto platter or mushroom risotto.
