The 2008 vintage was outstanding for Shiraz.

This limited release “Bird in Hand” Shiraz is blended from our finest parcels of fruit.  It is dark red in colour with a bright purple hue.

This elegant wine has vibrant aromas of black fruits, plum and white pepper.The long even palate mirrors the rich aromas. The firm tannins and supple texture ensures great weight and mouth feel.

Maturation has occurred over 18 months in tight grained French oak barriques. 

Cellaring will be rewarded.
