The Adelaide Hills region is renowned for producing Australia’s premium Sauvignon Blanc.  Meticulous site selection of the grapes and harvesting at different times throughout vintage has ensured the 2009 vintage is a vibrant example of pristine cooler climate fruit. 

This unoaked wine has trademark varietal definition. It exhibits tropical flavours, especially passionfruit, grapefruit and melon.  The palate is fresh and intense finishing long, lively and crisp, striking the perfect balance between intensity and elegance.

A wine to be enjoyed chilled and whilst young.
