.The 2009 vintage again highlighted the trademark lime and mineral notes from our family vineyard in the Clare Valley.

Handpicked fruit was whole bunch pressed before undergoing a long, cool fermentation to capture the purity and integrity of the estate grown fruit and to capture the abundant lime, citrus and honeysuckle aromas.

The palate mirrors the aromas and provides bright, crisp acidity typical in Clare, ensuring length and structure.  An elegant and lively wine that cans either be appreciated young or carefully cellared.
