Shiraz 2005

ADELAIDE HILLS


2005 was an outstanding vintage with early season thunderstorms maintaining good soil moisture reserves. Rains in January preceded a dry February, with these dry, warm conditions continuing through Autumn until harvest. Fruit was harvested at full maturity with excellent colour and flavour concentration.

Two in the Bush Shiraz exhibits rich red fruit flavours of warm raspberry and mulberry with a backbone of exotic spices and white pepper. With a soft generous mouth feel and excellent savoury length, this wine displays all the complexities of a fine cool climate Shiraz.
