The Adelaide Hills region is renowned for producing Australia's premium Sauvignon Blanc. By harvesting at different times throughout the vintage we have again been able to ensure the 2008 vintage is a vibrant example of pristine cooler climate fruit.

This unoaked wine has trademark varietal definition. It exhibits a full array of flavours and aromas from gooseberry and asparagus to more tropical characteristics especially passionfruit. The palate is fresh and intense finishing long, lively and crisp, striking the perfect balance between intensity and elegance.
