Bird in Hand Merlot 2006 is a limited release wine aged in French oak. It is deep red in colour and exhibits intense aromas of plum and mulberry.

The complex, well structured palate offers silky tannins, generous fleshy fruit and a succulent and supple texture. Ripe plum is the most apparent in an iintriguing mix of flavours.

The richness and vibrancy of the fruit ensures a lasting finish from this balanced and elegant wine.
