2007 in the Adelaide Hills was characterised by significantly lower yields, we anticipate this to be well expressed in the bottle. Warm autumn days and cool nights enabled our Pinots' development of flavour and ripeness along with crisp acidity and aromatics.

This splendid hand picked Pinot Noir from our Woodside vineyard was whole bunch pressed and processed following the meticulous" Methode champenoise", bottle fermentation and 18 months on yeast lees.

This wine shows distinctive Champagne flavours, fresh bread, brioche and a creamy texture with outstanding depth and finesse with will surely do wonders with your salmons, camenberts and bries.
