Kalamata Olives
Kalamata olives originated in Kalamata, in the Peloponnese, Greece. They are sweet, juicy and have a unique torpedo like shape with a split in the skin. Their low bitterness level makes them easy to cure. Kalamata’s are the most popular table olives in Australia. Ideal for salads and antipasto platters.
