Manzanillo Olives

Pronounced “Manzaneeo”, this variety originated from Southern Spain.  They are soft, fleshy, delicatly salty and the most smooth tasting of all Spanish olives.  Purple to pink in colour, we refer to these as “the olive lover’s olives”.

Manzanillo’s are best eaten with red wine or strong cheese. They are easy to de-pip making them ideal for cooking.
