Beautifully presented in 375 ml dark bottles our most popular oil is harvested when the Olives are riper and the fruit has turned purple. The result is an extra virgin oil with riper, rounder characteristics and more developed flavours.

It also has a rich fruity aroma of fresh olives and apples but the taste is sweeter and riper with a smooth spicy finish. The Bird in Hand Olive Oil is ideal for finishing, salad dressings or dipping with crusty bread.
