Cabernet Sauvignon was exceptionnal in 2007 and we created 2950 individually numbered bottles.

This Cabernet is an intense deep red in colour, his nose reveals blackcurrant, dark plums, aniseed and cloves flavours.

Firm yet fine at the very beginning and integrated, gentle tannins support the flavours by adding structure and depth which carries through the palate.

Matured in new and old French oak for 18 months, this wine is elegant and intense.

Cellaring will be rewarded.
