The 2007 vintage in the Mt Lofty Ranges was exceptional for red wines which is reflected in the 2007 "Bird in Hand" Shiraz.

Deep red in colour this wine has vibrant aromas of dark berries, spices and plum. The palate is rich in fruit and supple in texture, driven by seamless integration of fine grain French oak and the powerful flavours of blackberry and blackcurrant.

This extremely limited release wine has the elegance and suppleness to drink on release or can be carefully cellared for future enjoyment.
